7 Ways to Feel Energized When You Wake Up

I personally like #2.  I’ve taken it a step further, I’ve done away with the alarm clock entirely.  I naturally wake up within the same 45 minutes each day.  If I wake up early, I do more exercise, etc.  If I sleep in, I do less.
