  1. if you like this kind of topic, i have recently read a chapter by Csikszentmihalyli on the topic of flow. it discusses how the activities we do give use enjoyability by using goal orientation and task difficulty etc. If you’ve not read this before, I would suggest reading it. it is a really interesting read
